GUEST: TIM POOLE
Tim Poole coordiantes the Manitoba Important Bird Areas Program and Manitoba Chimney Swift Initiative. Raised in London, UK, Tim graduated with an Honours degree in Zoology from Cardiff University and a Masters in Biodiversity and Conservation from the University of Leeds. Prior to moving to Manitoba in May 2014, he spent 18 months monitoring and researching a bird called the European Roller near Arles, southeastern France and 6 years working for the the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds in Scotland coordinating the national recovery program on private land for the Capercaillie, a large species of grouse.
