Vendor prices -
Outdoor without power - $50.00
Outdoor with power - $60.00
Indoor without power - $65.00
Indoor with power - $75.00
Please bring your own tent. We have tables and chairs but are limited.
There are limited indoor spaces and power.
Food trucks/carts - $100.00
*must bring your own generator
With more than 5 acres of outdoor space available, vendors are not restricted to a standard 10' x 10' setup. We encourage vendors to create an inviting display; however, space allocations must remain reasonable and may vary depending on the total number of vendors participating. Final space assignments will be determined by event organizers to ensure the best experience for all vendors and guests.
Vendor set-up starts at 3pm
Setup Information

Vendor setup begins at 3:00 PM on the day of the event.

All vendors must be fully set up and ready to welcome guests by 5:00 PM.
Vendor Placement

A vendor map and setup details will be emailed to all approved vendors approximately one week prior to the event.

Vendor locations will be assigned by event organizers.
Indoor Space & Electricity

Limited indoor vendor spaces are available.

Limited access to electricity is available.

Requests for indoor space and power must be indicated on your application form.

We will do our best to accommodate requests; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Fort la Reine Museum will promote the Night Market through social media, radio, newspapers, and other advertising channels. Vendors are expected to assist with promotion by sharing event information and provided marketing materials with their customers, followers, and networks.
