WEDDING CEREMONIES

$350.00

(50% deposit required to secure date)

Have you consider a heritage inspired wedding ceremony? Whether it is outside in front of the Fort or Heritage Barn, or inside one of the intimate historic churches, the Fort la Reine Museum is a beautiful venue to say "I do!" 

What is included:

  • Venue for the ceremony (see below for details)

  • Bridal Suite inside a smaller heritage building (private access)

  • Free museum admission for you and your guests the day of the wedding

  • Access to all buildings and grounds for photography (day of wedding)

  • Picnic table/bench seating for up to 40 people

Ceremony Venues:

  • West Prospect Church (Seating for 60)

  • Ukrainian Church (Seating for 30)

  • Outdoors by Fort (Standing room for up to 150)

  • Outdoors by Heritage Barn (Standing room for up to 300)

WEDDING RECEPTIONS

$350.00

(50% deposit required to secure date)

Though the Fort la Reine Museum does not currently have a large indoor reception space, it is a great location to set up an outdoor event tent for a wedding reception. 

What is included:

  • Greenspace for private tent set-up

  • Access to accessible indoor washrooms during the reception

  • Sound speakers, projector, and projection screen 

  • Large parking lot for all of your guests

  • Outdoor recycling and garbage containers

AFTER HOURS RENTAL

$800 (+security & staffing fee- variable depending on #of people). Alternatively, guests may opt to hire a museum approved external security company for after-hours.

(50% security deposit required for after hours booking)

4pm-12am  (8 hours rental + access to site the day before and after event for set up clean up -During open Hours)

*Please note that there may be extra charges for additional hours, access days, or requests outside of rental description).

*Guests are required to rent portable washrooms.

What is included:

  • Greenspace for private tent set-up

  • Access to accessible indoor washrooms until 8pm.

  • Sound speakers, projector, and projection screen 

  • Large parking lot for all of your guests

  • Outdoor recycling and garbage containers

  • Access to Museum buildings until sundown

  • Venue for the ceremony.

  • Bridal Suite inside a smaller heritage building (private access)

  • Free museum admission for you and your guests the day of the wedding

  • Access to all buildings and grounds for photography (day of wedding)

  • Picnic table/bench seating for up to 40 people

  • 40 folding chairs.

*Guests may choose to opt for full Museum closure (see 'Site Rentals' for pricing and info).

DAY RENTAL

$700

(50% deposit required to secure date)

9 am-5pm  (8 hour rental + access to site the day before and after event for clean up)

Includes ceremony and reception rental offers.
